Fish Crazy
I also am not breeding now because of this very situation. Admittingly when I bred persians things were not well in my life and I neglected mine as far as cleaning their faces and not brushing them, but I have never just neglected them to the point of bringing harm to them. Now I have 2 long hairs and the rest are short haired, persians are ALOT of work.
Silverlady , I am sorry to hear about your last silver girl. I did have one of mine put down awhile ago and it is heart wrenching. I have no children (by choice) and they are as much family to me (the cats) as any child could ever be to a parent.
I have the occasional litter here and there just for my pleasure and I might possibly be keeping Cameo and her sister. Her sister was born without a tail.. I have never had it happen before and I was distraught when she was born. I thought it would cause her problems because it had a crook in it . The tail was veryhard and curved downwards. But now she is almost 5 weeks old and she is a little terror. I would rehome her to a "special" home , but for now she is quite welcome to stay in ours if and ever we decide to rehome her. She is a BLack Silver Tabby smoke I think , most unusual colours I have had from this mating. I can barely tell what they are. She is a long haired variant and her sister is an exotic. I will do some photos of her later today when I am home. You all will just go awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
this is Himshe, we didn know if it was a Him or a She , hence the name
here ginxies babies before they were rehomed
