dont shop there. tell everyone you know, not to. and report them to their head office. then, forget about it. they are not the first, or last to act like this. some see it as their right. many LFS, aren't interested in the fish they sell, just getting the money out of your pocket. so don't give em it.
but, remember, not all Pets@Home are the same. some are very good.
