I would just like to reiterate mlawson`s idea on the black background. Secondly, you might want to think about making the substrate more level at the front. At the moment, it is way too distracting.

Is that an airstone in the middle of the tank? Won't that make the CO2 useless or do you turn it off during the lighting period?

yeah its an airstone, got a gadet that records the level of Co2 in all my tanks and the ones with the airstone actually have a better reading, dont ask me why it just does.

to the response of the substrate, yeah it needs sorting i must admit it does look a little weird.

to the response of making all 4 pipes leading into one ladder, GREAT idea, will defo take that into count
