Free Aquacube ?!

I hope i was fast enough, i subscribed on the 10th and that announcement was from the 11th .

me and the GF can`t decide what to do with it, i want to have a lovely carpet of glosso with some petrified wood poking out of hit, and some hair grass towards the back,

but looks like its either going to be housing a betta or some apisto gramas, neither of wich would like that lay out so i`m rattleing my brains trying to decide

I'm not suprised it's happened to be honest. I mean this is just one forum of many and look how many have signed up just to get this offer. Would be interesting to know how many they are sending out.

I have just telephoned the magazine people to check to see if I would be getting the tank as I ordered mine on the 10th and he said I probably wouldn't, he said they are sending out a letter to everyone telling them that they are replacing the tank offer with bacterlife (sp ?) and other treatments.

Still I am surprised you and Ian have room for another tank Wiggle ? You will have to build an extension to your house soon (hope your not on a water meter!)

she was proeprly vague, jus said we have to wait for the 28 days to be up and if it's not come we're not getting one.... very helpful!! just have to wait and see.

hmmm dunno how we'd manage an extension, it's a back to back terrace, front of the hous goes straight onto the pavement..... nowhere to extend to!! and no, thank god, we're not!!

I subscribed on 3 Oct. I've just rung the subscription line and the (very helpful) woman checked my details and said that 'Yes' the order has gone through including a nano fish tank.

I suppose it's just wait and see ..... I have to admit, I only subscribed to get the tank (I'm guessing I'm not alone in that), so won't be pleased if the tank doesn't turn up

The money spent on the subscription would have been put towards a 'shrimp only' setup.

I'm certainly not interested in some random selection of water treatments

I too subscribed on the 4th, and when I rang the subscription line, they said that the tank was confirmed (I rang on the 6th) pending payment via Direct debit.

I too would be just a *little* upset if i didn't get the tank as that was the main reason for subscribing!

I haven't phoned PFK direct about this, but on the comments to the web article (link above) the editorial comment is that all who subscribed before they closed the offer on the 10th October 'should' receive their aquacube.

I know that I for one will be kicking up a significant stink if I get fobbed off with some poxy water treatments.
