Are you feeling ignored by any chance?  Sorry but I have not really been on here for a couple of days, had some "fishy" problems to deal with.
 
I would say yes to x4 Sparklings but not sure about x3 Badis, they seem to get fairly large at 8cm's.  May I suggest you get the Sparklings and see what you then think in respect to space in there?  Are you planning anything for the bottom of the tank?

,  been a difficult 48 hours, just getting back into things!
 
I would have thought if they are compatible then there is no problem as these are all very small fish.  Tell me, do Sparklings need to surface breathe, like a Betta?

I think sparklings are Labyrinth, yeah. But I lowered the water level of my egde to give them adequate breathing air-space-thingy
