Flakes

Do any of you feed your bettas betta flakes? A friend of mine feed's his the flakes.

When I first got bettas I had betta flake food, but they didn't seem to like it all that much, once I switched to pellet they really went at it then. I guess it just depends on your fish.

ive never even heard of betta flakes
I use betta pellets and blood worms

I have a betta that prefers flakes over pellets, but all my other bettas eat pellets. It really just depends on your betta's taste I guess.

both my betta hate bettamin by tetra they despise it. even my tropical fish won't eat it

I feed mine flake once in a while, but not betta flake. I have 3 different kinds of pellets, so I try to give them something different each night and fast them once a week.

i odnt know any experienced betta keepers that feed their fish flakes.
i know mine didnt like them (back a long time ago when i didnt know any better so i just bought the cheapo flakes) when i tried feeding them flakes.
flakes tend to cloud the water as well

I fed flakes once to my bettas...one of them spit them out after tasting them and the other one didn't bother tasting them

my kit included nutrafin flakes but my betta never ate 'em. so i tried freeze dried bloodworms and hikari pellets and he seems to like 'em
