Fishroom pics

Awesome pictures!!! Wow, that's alot of those 1 gallon Aquaview tanks from Walmart, LOL. I have one of those too. I love the air pump that came with it, I use it for one of the sponge filters on my growout tank. It's so quiet, I think i will buy more just for the pumps, haha.

I have to chime in with admiration for Mad Max  :hyper: Ohhhh man, humminah humminah... :hey:

 Ugh, the carpet was so gross I spill fish water constantly, and you should've seen me carrying all those tanks one by one out. My fishroom is outside you know, so I put everyone on the floor, pulled out all the shelves and the table, then I ran the fish out, covered them and ripped out the carpet. Then the mad dash to bring all the fish back :S

Yes, all my pictures were intact  (where's the thank God smilie? )

Thanks for the comments everyone! Mad Max is pretty incredible, I'm happy with him. I got a deal on him too, no bids, got him at the last minute ;)

Yes, Alcatraz is a Tim Lee fish, as is Bode. I'll do my best to get Bode flaring, he's pretty heavy, I've never seen him all the way pissed off  But I'll give it a shot

edit~The walls don't look like that in my house, just out there...just had to clarify :p

That's too funny. I was only kidding, even though now I vaguely remember you telling me you were going to get some of his, so apparently my subconscious knew... -_- :p

You had to ask didn't ya? Make me get up and go count  Well my disease wiped me out a bit...I have 52 at the moment

I can't believe I was the first. You know everyone was wondering. :shifty:

At least you didn't get hit with any pine-cones. :p

Darn pine cones falling on my head  I raked up and hauled off 16 trash bags of those bad boys last weekend, so I am now safe :flex:

See what I go through for my fishies :-( There's no water out there either, so I want all of you to think of me hauling buckets from the house next time you do your water changes

Rollies would be nice  Unfortuneatly I don't have smooth ground on the way out there. I tried putting a bunch in a laundry basket and carrying them back out, but I sloshed out so much water it really wasn't even worth it :X

ive got you beat with 81 :D :p

im curious as to why the parakeet stays in the fishroom? i guess youre probably in there so much that he/she wont get too lonely ;)

Jac ya crazy betta freak :p

The parakeets are out there for a few reasons. The temperature is constant at 84, 24 hours a day. Our house has pretty high fluxuations, and decent drafts. My husband doesn't like birds (and they don't like him  ) When we first got married I had a cockatiel that would scream if he was in the room and I wasn't, and would dive bomb him  So, no birds for him. Lastly, I don't like for them to be in cages all the time, but we have kitties -_- In the fishroom, they come and go out of the cage all day, and I shut them in at night  I am out there a good part of the day, but they don't like me much, so I don't think they really care
