Cause I'm not actually sure that I've had my nitrite spike yet.

Yes. Dose your tank to & then test for Ammonia & Nitrites 12 Hours later.

So its dose, wait 12 hours, test, wait another 12 hours, dose. repeat

Your nitrite appeared to spike on days 12,13,14 but dropped very quickly. Not sure whether that is the spike.

I would go with Tom.
Dose to 4ppm and test ammonia and nitrite after 12hrs. If there is any present then test again at 24hrs. If at that stage ammonia is 0ppm then dose again.

If any of the readings are 0 at 12hrs then you dont need to test them at 24hrs

Might of been the spike, a short one at that lols! Didnt seem to take long for it to happen either

1ST MARCH - DAY 18 AMMONIA 1PPM NITRITE 1PPM NITRATE 20PPM (Nitrate re-tested thought there was a user error but its deffo 20)

After 12 hours ammonia reduced from 4PPM to 1PPM so will re-test at 10pm tonight.

After testing at 10pm tonight, my results are as follows

1ST MARCH - TEST 2 AMMONIA 0PPM NITRITE 1.0PPM NITRATE 20PPM+

Forgot to say redosed Ammonia to 4PPM

2ND MARCH - DAY 19 AMMONIA 0.50PPM NITRITE 1PPM NITRATE 40PPM

Retest at 10pm tonight

After 12 hours my ammonia got down to 0.50PPM better than yesterdays results

EDIT: Error with Nitrate - Marked it as 40PPM on my excel chart, and cause I've been copying & pasting above to save writing it out again, I forgot to change the nitrate result
