Fish With Popeye And Maybe Dropsy....please Help!

Hello, my friend has a fish with popeye and maybe dropsy. It is a crowntail betta male. His eyes are swollen out of his head and his belly is really really big. What does she need to do. She dosn't have internet access so i'm asking for her. The only meds she has are, Melafix. Bettafix remedy, Maracyn, Maracyn 2, and maroxy. Her pH is 7.6. Please help thanks.

Are the scales sticking out on the fish as once this happens there is no cure as it's organ failure, epson salt baths can help to draw the fluids out, maracyn one and two i would use.

No his scales are not sticking out of his skin. He has has a really bloated belly and his eyes are sticking out more than they should be. Thanks so much.

Ok, you might stand a chance if you get on with the meds, good luck, if the fish is on it's own add some salt it will help with the swelling.
