Thanks to all for your comments.
The angel fish I have seen are about as big as 50p's - I don't know how old that would make them? I'll add them last as suggested.
I am going to set up a small 5 gallon quarantine / fry tank to use to quarantine the dwarf gouramis - hopefully I can cycle this quickly with the help of my main tank.
I will let you know how I get on!!
