Fin Rot?

hi i have this rts i think its fin rot i have given treatment but doesnt seem to be getting any better
the water is fine
its in a 180liter tank

Do you test your water with the liquid test kits?

Antibacterial meds and keep the water as clean as you can as bad waterquality can cause this. Dont overfeed - thorough gavel vac and change 25% of the water every few days to keep pristine conditions. If the fin rot has stopped it will be a while before you notice any improvement as they have to grow back.

Are you sure it's finrot? His fins look fine to me, I'd be more concerend about those white patches on the base of his tail are they normally there?
