Fin Rot

I dont really know if its fin rot or not... its edges (of the back fins) are turning black, and the blackness seems to expand every day... is it or is it not fin rot? if it is, how can i treat it and how can i prevent it in the future?

Good news & bad news. The good news is that it is NOT fin rot. The bad news is that this is a disease which ONLY parrot cichlids can get. Im not sure of the treatment. Why dont you do a google??? Prevent it by keeping your water clean!
