Filters Being Clogged In A Few Days

Over the last fortnight all of my filters have begun getting seriously clogged with a thick white/clear mucuousy substance in only a matter of days.

It's enough to kill the flow on all of my filters. I cleaned them all thoroughly on Thursday and I have just woken up to see that the substance is forming again!

PH: 6.6, Amm: 0, Nit: 0, Nitrate: 30

The only recent addition is a bag of seachem purigen in top compartment of the 206. Any ideas?

Complete guess, but if some sort of algae then keep the tank in complete dark for a few days and don't feed? I'd suggest waiting until someone else comments as that is, as I say, a guess!
