Lost in my own idiosyncrasy...
I was shocked to see my poor little white cloud get sucked up by the filter yesterday... I have never seen somehting quite like it before. He just Swam up to it, and then *zap* got sucked up!

I quickly unplugged the filter and pulled him out. then put him back, he was a little slow and shook up from it, but none the worse after about 3 hours. Very strange indeed...

good to hear he's ok

can you put some pantyhose (tights)over the intake so i won't happen again?

I'm going to try that actually. Funny thing is, I returned from work the next day and AGAIN! the little bugger was happily swimming around in the filter. For some reason he just can't get enough of it. Sneaky devil! :ninja:

So i'm going to put some hosery over the opening, at least untill he gets big enough that he won't get sucked up anymore.

Whenever I clean my tank, I've noticed my Yo-yo's are often hiding in the filter compartment. They don't seem phased, and I see it as a retreat for them. They're a very hardy fish. ;)
