Filter Media What To Use

hi

wich is the best way to filter ?

in my sump i have 4 chambers

1 ----- Inlet with live rock and a sock of HydroCarbon
2 ----- Live Rock
3 ----- Skimmer with a Phosphate reactor
4 ----- Return pump with Uv Filter


some petshop wich has very nice tanks run one chamber full of ceramic rings, im scared of nitrate trap..

Sounds good to me too. Is there any reason the phosphate reactor and carbon aren't together? I dont mean that in a cocky way, I mean, would it be best to place them both in either 1 or 3?
