I agree there are some kids who are reckless but that's what teenagers do...wreck. Please reconsider before you try to spawn them again if it was unsuccessful.

uhhhhm, what? Take over your topic?
You started it with hopes for replies and you're getting them....
Don't start another one on the same topic or I'll merge it into this one and we can keep a nice and neat parrot man thread all rolled into one. You can't just run off and start a new topic when you don't like the replies in your first (or second in this case).

I would hardly consider yourself as the one being abused. Think of your fish. That's what everyone here is trying to show you. Just be patient. Breeding bettas is LOT of work and rarely goes smoothly your first time. And even IF the spawn goes smoothly...betta fry are hard to raise. Unless you know exactly what you're doing you will run into one problem after the other. Right now the fry are non-existent and people are outraged. Imagine the reactions you'll get when you have 100+ lives on your ill-prepared hands.

What topic so you have bred some prt shop bettas who someone else conditioned for you i did give some advice in the other half of this but im now not sure why i bothered .......just do what you want ma8 as you dont take advice and seem to ignore anything people have told you so i wont waste another breath.....

If you won't listen to anyone else listen to Wuv. She knows what she's talking about. I would guess she's bred far more bettas than your "mate" at your local LFS or your "mate" wouldn't be letting you do this.

Parrot man~ my closing words: I don't know why you're so anxious. If you knew how much work it would be, you'd be singing a different story. Right now it seems like you want a work overload ASAP,which makes no sense to me...why not wait until summer break when you'll have plenty of time?
