Hi there, I just bought 3 female bettas and noticed they all have ich. They're in a 20 gallon tank with 2 opal one gourami, 2 small angels and a bristle nose pleco. All my levels are on point and heat is between 80-82. Will the heat kill the ich or should I buy nox-ich?

I think your problem is you put 3 female bettas together, when you do betta sororities you usually do a densly planted 20 gallon PLUS with about 6 or more female bettas to spread aggression. Your females most likely are fighting and stressing eacother out as well as the fast moving gouramis who occupy the surface with the bettas.

I would rehome 2 bettas and treat the tank for ich, others will be able to help you more thoroughly in a bit. Sorry your having this problem.

What is 'on point'? Can you give the exact water parameters? What test kit are you using?

80-82F is the temperature you want for the bettas to be comfortable but it will need to be at least 86F to treat ich. Do you have a thermometer other than the stick on one? I ask because the stick-ons can be inaccurate.
