Fantail Guppy Issue

I have a small tank an a male fantail guppy
seems to be on the bottom a lot like if was pregnant but no other guppies in the tank
Could there be a problem anyone no
or can help

Could be a number of things, with some info about your tank and water quality and any other symptoms you should get an answer on here.

ok 17-19l tank
passed a water test from a shop the weekend
recently cleaned filter using tank water
maybe temp is a bit to high approx 28
does swim an stuff fine but like is on the bottom an them comes up
sometimes

Can't tell what "passed a water test" means without seeing the numbers. Ammonia and nitrite should be at 0 and nitrate should have some kind of reading above 10 ppm.

Did you do a water change? How much?

Your fish is obviously in distress and the reason for all the questions is to help him, and help you make it better for him.
