If you can keep the temp stable I would leave her in there.

I've seen salt bath recommendations of 15 mintues. But I can't remember if they said once a day or twice a day

you increase the time over a period I would put her back in the tank now, salt bath depends on the illness but you can do 4 aday.

if you dont treat dropsy in the early stage of it deveolping, the chances are that the fish will die from it. if the fish dies in the tank it then will go from host to host, i would rather have got rid of one fish to save the others.
