Double Spawn!

blaaa, Erica! I haven't had too much time to check back here lately, so I had no idea you had a new double spawn going! I'm really glad it's working out! :hey:

wow, what incredible shots! Will you be selling any of the babies?

Devon, sorry I didn't let you know personally  I've been so, so busy taking care of all of my babies and spending so much time on my little brat (Fozzie) as well. xP They're all doing really well, though. I can already tell I have a much smaller number here, but that's a good thing!!

Thanks, vanvran ;). I will most likely have babies available to give to TFF members. I have quite a few friends & relatives & Betta club members who want some... and hopefully I'll have quite a few pairs who are Aquabid-worthy! *x's fingers*

Ok, excuse my questions--I always bought my fishies at LFS and am sick of them dying on me--although my betta lived a wonderful 3 years with me--so this time I'd like to buy from someone I know cares about their fish. How will I know? where will you post your babies for sale/give away?

I will most likely post an adoption thread on the board ;0) if not, I'll PM you personally. Thanks for being interested in my babies! Of course, I'll be updating this thread as the fry grow up, so just keep checking back. I will wait until they're 2.5-3 months to ship.

I totally understand, though! The Bettas I've bought from private breeders have been much more active, healthy, and long-lived than any LFS Betta I have had. There are still plenty of cute Bettas in stores, but, the best bet for a healthy, high quality Betta (especially if you're interested in spawning) is definitely buying from a breeder or a show.

LOL, Froggy ;) Thanks. I will put you down on the list for a trio. They're still tiny little babies right now... I just fed them some MW's, I estimate that there's 40-50 as of now, all together.

I HAVE to get a pair from this spawn...PLEASSSE!

I have ideas...it is going to be a betta chain. After not getting a pair from the first spawn...I'm anxious for another. *Must have Erica bee-bees*

Looks like its goin' awesome Erica! :good:

 Wow! I love greens. They are lovely pairs. And love the vid of him hard at work. Am so looking forward to my new girls arrival. Been so long since the last spawn. :(
P.

Paula, aw of course. =) I have to get to looking into how I'm going to ship to Canada!

Miss Dib Dabs, I totally understand. I was really anxious to spawn again, too, it's a really fun/exciting/time & energy-consuming process, but I love it. ;)

Hey Erica, I'm gonna be getting my US Wildlife Importing/Exporting license soon. I know I can bring bettas over the border and ship from the states.. I'm pretty sure I'd be able to pick them up from Jen or someone and ship them from Canada if you want.

That would be AWESOME, Ashley! xD

I can't believe you're getting an importing/exporting license, that is so cool. I've looked into it, but I'm not 18 yet and it seems kind of extensive.
