Maybe it's eating its own poop, which may be the reason you don't see it. She's got to be eliminating something, if she keeps eating. It's odd if she doesn't flip to the side because of the bloating. But it could be a tumor in worst case.
I don't know what else you could try if epsom salts didn't work. Maybe salad? Boiled egg yolk (I doubt on this one)?
