I have a 5 week old betta fry that got a little carried away eating cory eggs and it now can't close its mouth. It can eat even large peices of food as I've seen it chew inside its mouth, but the lips are open wide. I'm worried that it could maybe choke although it seems to be eating well and has a fat belly like its siblings.

Does anyone have any experience of this? I'm wondering if the jaw will go back on its own. The fry is just under an inch long so trying to manipulate the mouth is going to be very tough!

Here is a picture of the little guy

Could you try and put the jaw back to the right postition, don't no how you will do it though, that's all I can think of unless someone else has experienced this problem, good luck.
