50% water change on Saturdays then I add 1 cap Nutrafin 'Plant Gro'. On Wednesdays I do a mini water change approx 6 gallons and add 1 cap Flourish 'Iron' quite a simple routine but it seems to be doing trick at the moment

Yes I do use CO2, I have a JBL Profi 2 unit.

The background was siliconed to the inside of the tank before filling with water.
