Crs Colour Change

two of my crystal red shrimps have begun to change colour. they've been fairly lethargic too. they've faded from their usual vivid red. is this normal? are they breeding or moulting or something? obviously, i'd prefer those to.....other reasons for this change.

Have you added anything to your tank recently? How old is your tank? Any other inhabitants? How long have you had your shrimp?
