This morning we've woken up to 4 inches of snow and it's still falling

as your only a mile or 2 away does it look like this my front garden and drive ways

yeah it's absolutely belting down here... And guess what... It is my week off!!!!

funny you say that guess what ive a week of work as well and the kids are of school....

It's sunny at the moment in margate!

well we had a dreadful night here in Harrogate. My dog is such a nervous little thing that she was terrified of the wind. She wouldn't settle at all so I'm a bit tired this morning. No snow though, just wet and very very windy... oh and really cold brr

I've lost my big bucket from the garden that I chuck my fish water in ... guessing that's probably in pieces down on the A59 somewhere ...

Haha! Can't beat an Ann Summers party and wine to cheer you up in this weather! Think I might have to book one if it carries on, the cold is making me miserable. we have economy 7 storage heaters so we won't even have any heating until tomorrow I am NOT impressed! Although we don't have any snow like that, it is snowing, just not laying as it's so wet. Just been into Hull to go to P@H and got absolutely drenched. Boo!

I broke it down at the beginning of winter.

Aww no I do not miss having storage heaters at all!

I know it can be a pain. They're very economical and do a great job when they're running, but it'd be nce to be able to stick them on for an hour when it gets chilly! Ahh well, an extra jumper it is lol!

We're forecast the snow too anyone got any idea how long it's supposed to last?

No snow in York yet, just rain! It stopped now, not too bad actually! This time last week I was sat on a school bus practically dying from the heat! What is Mother Nautre playing at?!

I know what you mean. The wind is so strong that all of the rain we had this morning has dried up! Everything is totally dry now, very different to this morning.

Storage heater is now turned on ready for tomorrow

Just when I though the winter (5 months of deeeeep snow!) was over and the spring was here, we got a foot of snow during 12 hours.
