Eggs are used to make some vaccines but apparently the covid19 vaccine being administered is not made in eggs.
Even a 1% chance of having a bad reaction would make it safe, at least as far as I am concerned. 99 people are fine and 1 might react badly. There's a pretty good chance I will be in the 99 group.
If the vaccine is causing 1 in a 1000 or 1 into 10,000 to react badly, those odds of being fine are even better.
That is the good thing about all of this. About 20,000 people got vaccinated and only 2 so far, have had a major issue, and both carry an epi-pen. This might suggest the average person is quite safe and unlikely to have any adverse reactions to the vaccination.Thousands of people had the jab yesterday and 2 people had a reaction. Both people carry adrenaline pens because of a history of severe allergy.
