Connor's Seahorse Journal

I purchased a little Midas blenny for the tank on Thursday. It has settled in well, eating mysis. I spray some food over to it and the firefish so that they don't take any food from the seahorses. It hadn't shown any signs of aggression to the SHs or the firefish and it's a peaceful eater :) it loves the caulerpa..it goes in and out of it like a clownfish in an anemone! And it sleeps in the chaeto at night too! It's found crevices in the rock which it goes in aswell.
The seahorses were doing their mating dance yesterday...hopefully I'll have some babies on the way soon :)
I'll adds some more pics when the blenny settled in a bit more

the next thing on the list are some corals such as some green star polyps, yellow polyps, Kenya tree, some feather dusters and I may try a gorgonian. My friends also offering me a sun coral...not sure whether to put it in my reef or in this tank... I'll probably put it in the reef as the floor of this tank is covered in caulerpa so I wouldn't be able to place the sun in here

I've decided to move the blenny over to my reef as one I think it will do better and that type of tank as the seahorse tank is covered with caulerpa, and although it provides it with plenty of cover, the reef will give it more swiming room and it will be easier for it to eat. And secondly I wantto get another mandarin eventually to go on the seahorse tank
