It's probably advice on how to set up a HUGE reverse osmosis / UV / filtration system that would only be useful in a shop and cost you tens of thousands of pounds.

I could be wrong - maybe he knows how to toilet train a goldfish and persuade Angel fish that plants taste better than neon tetras!?
