Chance, Been Warm, Posing In Garden

Today, its been pretty warm outside, so Chance and I went outside into our garden. I had to tie Chance up because he likes to go wandering around if he sees a bird thats it, he loves birdies.

He is going through Molt and he has dermodetic mange, so hes a bit more bald than usual.

I love these dogs!!

I always feel like pulling on the skin on the muzzle until you have a giant hairy lump on the floor and a smooth dog (with a very long nose!) behind

I bet he is difficult to wash to treat his mange though, as you would need to get in all of his 'hidden' bits! One of the few dogs in the world where you can grab a handful of dog and the rest of him is in the other room!!!

The vets bath him for the mange, and charge me £11! I told them to give me the stuff and I will do it but they said they cant because of the chemicals.
He is going to the vets tomorrow for his 2nd treatment, they think he needs around 5 treatments, he hates being left at the vets.

beautiful dog!! i use to have one called gigi though she never had skin problem, she did had to have plastic surgery on the eyes where it skin was rolling into her eyes. taking her out for a walk was a problem, as her genes tell her to chase all the other dogs regardless of the size ( once she even try it on with a great dane ) luckily, the muzzle prevent any damage being done. but she would be scared cats. she would run the otherway if she see a cat walking towards her.
