I have 5 Panda corys in a tank which I have recently been treating for white spot and fungus. Because of the meds and the high temperatures recently, I've increased the aeration by putting in a diffusion stone.
The Pandas (thankfully unaffected by meds or whitespot - at least up to now) are completely obsessed with the bubbles. They swim in at the bottom and get rushed up to the surface with the bubbles - fins akimbo! They then swim down and start again.
They only stop at feeding time - or if I go round and peer through the glass at them - when they sit quietly on the sand looking innocent.
Are they just playing - or is it an unhealthy addiction?
