Hey,

I've just started my first attempt at breeding my bettas after meaning to have a go for about a year!! They have been in the tank for about 4 hours and the male has already started his bubblenest and the female is showing some definate breeding bars! She so wants that boy!!

Of course they were conditioned! For two weeks on a mixture of live and frozen food Dont worry, i've done plenty of research

sorry! Reading it back i guess it did!! No... I've conditioned them properly and have tried to do it all right so hopefully, i should get some babies very soon!

Yeah, the female is pretty. I think she's a delta so hopefully i should get a nice mixture of colours and tails...

Oh! Such beautiful parents! That male is just stunning and the female is so pretty and bright! Haha, most of the females I've 'met' have been rather bland-looking <3 Congrats and good luck! I'm sure you'll get some fantastic results. Be sure to post baby pictures!

Well, we have a bubblenest! Looks like i'll be able to let the female out very soon so fingers crossed for babies please!!
