Hi guys
I have 2 local fish shops in Dundee. but im not to sure if they get wild caught fish. The writing on their tanks never seems to state wc or F1s etc, one of them got me Demasoni malawis a while back i think he got them from german suppliers.
Thats a good thought about getting an established pair, my lfs had a young pair of jds only last week i quite liked the look of them but they do get very big. Ive looked at the likes of aquarist classified for chiclids but everything always seems to be down south. theres not really a big selection to choose from in my area.

Hmmm... probably a little too small for JD's then. Thought about Thorichthys? Aureus, Ellioti, Mixteco etc etc etc

Where did you dig them fish up from. i hadnt even heard of some of them.
Looked them up on google i like the look of the Ellioti. i used to have firemouths years ago and the Ellioti are even better looking than the firemouths.

My eliotti is fantastic. The aureus is probably nicer though? Wills has a young thorichthys mixteco gold.
