Kind of reminds me of the treatment I got when my lights went pop. Julie at Juwel UK could not have been more useless. I bought my tank two months before the two year warranty started, and fell into the gap. NO BOGGIN WARRANTY HERE MATE! Juwel tanks are cheap, and they also have a useless warranty. Don't take the crap internal filter out! It voids your warranty. If you don't change the silly end caps it voids your warranty. If your lights go bang after the warranty expires, its going to cost you one third of the purchase price to replace them. Do what I'm doing, Rio 180 drained and up for sale, and a new Rena on order! Juwel tanks are OK- its the customer service, silly uncontrollable noisy filter, and unservicable lights that let them down. :angry:

In a further email Birgit has said that it must be a faulty bulb. So tomorrow i will be swapping bulbs and if that doesn't work then i don't know what to do
