Bloated Stomach... Help Needed Quickly.

She is still holding on. She tries to swim some, but it doesn't go well. She does get a little higher than before, but she sits right back down. She is still not eating or pooping. She still looks the same basicly. Her scales have started to lift a little though.
If anything changes I will let you know.

:book: They tested Shay today... Her teacher says if they won't bump her up a grade she wants to check on getting her in gifted and talented. :hyper: I knew she was smart! I have been teaching her since she was born. :D

I will check back in later. I have to get a nap. I have a very long day ahead!

She is still holding on. One side may be going down a little, but the other isn't. She is having trouble breathing some times. She takes spells of panting and other times you have to look really close to see if she is breathing at all. She is still not eating or pooping. What ever that is hanging out is still there. I think it must have her completely blocked.
I really hope she starts to get better soon.

have you fed her cooked deshelled peas? I only scanned the thread, to my eye she looks constipated. peas are good for clearing them out

Last I heard she was past eating and starting to pine cone. We finally settled on egg bound or constipation. And really at this point it is more important for her to poo than anything. She just can't hole anymore, I think--even pea. Once constipation gets to that point it is important--I believe--to stop feeding. After a few days if they will eat, then some pea, but not until after a fast. But at this point she wasn't eating anymore. :(

She is still about the same. I really can't see a difference yet.

I noticed last night that there are 2 more in the main tank not looking right. One is just really bloated, but still swimming and eating. The other one looks really odd. It is actually lumpy. You can see little white looking balls bulging out. Her stomach is bigger on one side too. It looks like someone put golf balls in a bag and sucked the air out. (smaller of course) You get the idea though. This one is still swimming and eating too.
I will try to get pics and add them in a little bit.
Thanks!

I couldn't get a pic. They are swimming too fast, and all the pics just look like a blur!
I will try again this evening.

I have one more dose on the one in the little tank. She still looks the same though.

You are not going to believe this!
She was laying on her side, stiff, and I saw no signs of breathing! I didn't feel like dealing with her last night so I waited until this morning. I am so so glad I did! She is ALIVE!!!!!!
She is in pretty bad shape, but she is still hanging on!
I am going to get new pics up as soon as I can take my meds and get some coffee in me!
Then I will try to find wilder.

Thanks!!!!!

You layed hands on her and prayed in the Spirit, didn't you? I know a fish that recovered after a hands laying on and group prayer. :hyper: :p

I always leave (in a net if necessary) fish that look dead and wait a day.
