Bloated congo tetra

Hi im looking for advice
My female congo tetra looks bloated, I'm not sure if she's constipated or can they get egg bound? All other fish are fine.
No new tank mates

Hi, I had to sadly euthanize her as she became very ill.

That's sad. It looked like egg binding, but the early stages of an infection can do that.

She just got bigger and her scales were coming off, it was horrible. I hope I don't have to deal with it again
