I suppose i fit in with this thread! basically started losing weight by accident and since i've lost the fat im now trying to gain muscle. At christmas time i was just over 13 stone with a 36" waist now im 12 stone and a 32" waist. I'm 6ft so can carry a bit of weight without it showing too much but the belly was getting bigger and bigger! reason i lost weight was moving back in the parents after splitting up with my ex which meant proper food again rather than take away every night and i started up aikido (didnt do any exercise before that) anyways last month i bought my gym membership planning on doing more cardio but i've ended up on the weights and im seeing some good gains after just 4 weeks!
Daft thing is im eating more than i used to but look better than i used to
abs are slowly showing through and so are obliques. Will be looking good for summer 2011 anyways ![good :good: :good:](/images/smilies/ipb/good.gif)
