Big bump and red spot

My fish has a huge bump/red spot on it.

Is this from hitting something too hard? It seems to be acting fine, and I didn't observe what caused it.

Could it be another problem? Or will it probably heal on its own?

Looks like an injurys to me.
Shouod be fine but there are ways to prevent infextion

What else is in the tank? Could just be another aggressive type fish got into it with him from experience three spots can be aggressive to other fish in the tank maybe he messed with the wrong fish lol!!

It healed up nicely. I have a large pleco so may have spooked it and got thrashed a bit.
