Betta Not Looking Well?

Hi, I noticed my Betta sits below and now there is some white things coming from his body at the top. Is this body fungus and what medication do i use? the water parameters are showing good on the test.

Its really hard to tell what it is. Tetra has those fizzy tablets, I believe one is for fungus and bacteria. Take a look at your lfs for it.
You said the water test good, but what are the values and what's the temp?

the ammonia is 0 nitrate is 0, atm i don't have test for the rest as these were given to me.
