I need to find something to take off the sticky gunk left by a manufacturer sticker, right on the bloody front of the tank glass. Any suggestions?

I usually use a soft cloth to buff the glass, I find mr muscle smears

I use a damp micro-fibre cloth, it's a special one for glass surfaces, perfect every-time and no chemicals.

Vinegar and a coffee filter or cheesecloth. No lint, no smearing ink

LOL, i use tap water and a towel and then give it that 'polish' dry with a sock

Seconded on the sock! I always have a few odd ones lying about the place - never make it from the washing line to the drawers. Except I use a little Pledge on the glass and the canopy. Picks up dust like a treat.

Socks are so soft they get into all the corners too!

I like to kerp my glass spotless but nothing work like good old spit and news paper tactics .. Thought I should share..

nahhh not for me lol, what do you do when you have a big 12ft tank too? Get them mates round to help

I just use Asda glass cleaner, works a treat. Spray it onto kitchen paper, not onto the glass. Hood is cleaned using a cloth dipped in leftover declorinated water.
