Best Community Cichlid (If Any)

I agree with N0body Of The Goat's suggestions.
Peaceful cichlids will likely be bullied by the RTS or possibly even the opaline and you don't really get the interesting behaviour of the larger cichlids. Firemouths are relatively peaceful (especially for a CA cichlid!) but will still hold their ground. Sajica cichlids are also an option.
As for shoaling fish, Colombian Tetras or Buenos Aires Tetras should be fine as will anything that grows to at least 3inches
Your stock should look something like this
-1 RTS
-1 Opaline Gourami
-1 Bristlenose
-1/2 cichlids of choice (depending on size)
-6/8 shoaling fish of choice

yea that's exactly the stock I was looking for and I ended up getting a bolivian ram whick gets to 3 inches so ill see how he does if it doesn't work they said they take him back.

They are a bit on the larger side but can I throw a vote in for blue acaras and rainbow cichlids.

I've got both of these fish (2 acaras, 4 rainbows), they don't bother anybody and are beautiful.

If you can maintain the water quality you can't go past rams though :)

Also could anyone sex any of these, im pretty sure the shark is a female but not sure about others. Thanks!

It's very difficult to determine the the sex of an RTS without physically picking it up and checking but yours looks like a female, IDK about the others.

Yea my RTS is the only one I know really im pretty sure shes female with her plumpness and grayish belly

yeah females tend be be thicker and males slender. your ram looks like a female too, males usually have long ends on their fin. Your gourami is female too, males tend to have long pointy dorsals, hers is small short and curved, and I have no idea in hell how to sex a pleco lol.

but all your fish are female, except the pleco but who cares what sex the pleco is.
