just tried a re-scape, pics later. cant actually see much myself. Dont think the others are happy with me now either. Even if i dont like this one its stayig for now anyway.

just checked on it for about the 50th time today...it didnt make it

Dont think i will get another fish from the LFS, reckon il get a coral or two instead. But we will see.

Sorry to hear of your plight Ben,
But you know as well as anyone about the need to research before making purchases. I loved your Angel BTW but as Ski said it would have only been a short term inhabitant in your tank due to its size and nature. I have gone down the Clownfish route as you very well know, I hate the buggers but they will give me a good grounding learning about their habits and disposition before moving on to something else. Maybe you should look toward some of the Centropyge group of Angelfish next time.

Nah i think thats me done for angels tbh. I only wanted to grow that one out a bit and move it on for a frag or 2. I want to get some corals bought so i dont think a dwarf angel would be right for me in the long run, would hate so get a really nice fish and then have to get rid because its a muncher

Going in tomorrow to see what they have. Fancy a hammer coral or frogsawn. Tempted to sell my chromis on for something a bit different eventually aswel. Thought about a trio of flasher wrasse 2xF 1xM. Any other suggestions are welcome too, not going to change/add any fish for i a while yet though (until i get too tempted.)
I am also very tempted to go and buy the same sized tank again and go for a closed loop. Sand has just cleared so il get a pic for you.

100s of ideas spinning round in my head at the minute.

Here you. Just a few of the right side. The left is the same still. Not 100% happy but i dont want to mess and stress the others anymore as they have had a bad day too.

Ive ended up with all my work holidays together, just coming to the end of 2 weeks off. Got a week back at work, then another two off so they should hopefully be used to make some progress. My 21st on the 3rd aswel so im goin to ask for a few corals as part of my presant.

Want to make a new hood
new powerhead / closed loop if i go for it
light and aglae for sump
finally finnish stand. Still needs a bit painting and some trip around the top

Nice initial scape Ben, all's thats needed now is some colour man, its devoid of colour. Get your wee skech pad out and start planning what goes where. LOL
I'd start of with your Lrg Specimen type corals (eyecatchers) then you mid sized, then piece in with the fillers mushies and zoanthids.
Got potential there.

Cheers was car insurance month this month. Still owe mum a bit but corals should be coming thick and fast soon.
If your duncan ever needs a frag il buy a few heads
In you experience whats easiest to keep, that also gives a nice affect?

Sorry to hear about the angel Probably just transport shock but I would hold off putting any more fish in there for a good few weeks to make sure it wasn't anything that could be caught and your other fish remain ok.

New scape looks good as well
