Right the pumps here!
First impression when i pulled it out the box were...wow its big.I knew it would be though. I had three powerheads in before though, and now theres just the one
Impressed with, theres a long cable. Well theres 3 in total giving quite a length. Annoys me when you get tiny cables with fish tank stuff. The controller is really simple. Just turned it on and WOW. Theres tons of crap flying round everywhere at 300MPH. Some power to it. Its cleared up stuff and put it in the water collum that i would have knewer known there.
Not happy with my rock work etc, but il scrub the tank up and take u a vid or two.

was initially looking at the polario as well, but ended up plumbing for teh vortech. be interesting to see how you get on with it!

ive only heard good things...hope it works out ok.
Softies deffinatly arent keen on the flow though! mite have to swap them for some SPS frags.
i will get a video, but im still moving stuff around!

The new pump...yes its mahoosive
sort of side shot to show how it fits in....i dont like the scape too much yet though. The light had only just come on so corals werent open
added a new nem a bit ago. Been in this spot since i put it there on day one. Bright green colour on the front, amazing purple on the back bit.
this is the only way i could show you what it does. You can see when the flow stops and sitches to one side. 25000 LPH

it seems to be liking it very much. It had a little wander up a couple of inches into the flow even more earlier.
The only thing that doesnt like it is the hammer. Although that is opening up a bit more than it did.
Il do a vid of the nem in the flow if you like...two mins.
how much did which cost? the nem or the polario? The pump was off STM so whatever it is on there! i cannot remember exactly. The nem was 20 odd quid.

My fvoriate coral. Some sort of frogspawn i think. never seen any other in a ho like this though. its white and grey on top. then a nice green inside. Pic doesnt show it off really well though

Love the nem, it really seems to like that extra flow.

ive no idea tbh...im crap with propper names for stuff! all i know is its a euphyllia of some sort.
