I'm not sure on the Oscar. The Sev and Terror may or may not work. I have one docile Sev, and one mean one (now in separate tanks). Ask in the New World Cichlid section.

1 x blue acara (go well with Sevs)
6 x silver dollars (or Redtail Tinfoils x 3-4)

Firemouths (maybe)

You have many options ! Pick your centerpiece fish and go from there..........

The GT is going to be the problem fish if any, IME GTs won't usually tolerate Oscars and usually act aggressive towards them, The Gt may also pick on the Severum,

Personally I would lose the GT and go with one or even a few smaller cichlids, such as a rarer Acara species, (maybe a A.Latifrons or A.Coeruleopunctatus) or rarer Firemouth species (T.aureus or T.Ellioti) or a Nicaraguence or Rainbow cichlid

Clown knifes get as big as silver arowanas, easily 30" + so an 18" wide tank is going to be a problem..

Swap back to the BGK and I think the stocking will work great

tbh the width on that tank is a big limitation for most big fish

How about a Tyretrack Eel or Delhezi Bichir
