2. Yes you can but female bettas also like to fight
3. A School of fish is 3+ so yes but more would be better

6. Yes when they are just a juvinile but hey grow to 5 ft long so a 40gal would not be big enough

5. Do you like to splash caustic acid on your skin and eyes? False
6. Do you mean a Red Tail Shark? I think so. True?
7. Huh? I dunno, but does crossbreeding a Manx and a Persian give you a short tailed fluffy kitty? Probably not. Unknown.

Red Tail Cats can get reaaaalllllly big, so IMO, a 40 gallon would be too small for a fully grown adult.
