My largest Angel fish seems to have internal parasites. He has lost his appetite and his poo is long, stringy, and white. On Sunday night I separated him and his buddy into a 5 gallon bucket and treated with Tetra brand parasite safe guard. I left them in there for about 30 or so hours, and then placed them back into the main tank. Again, he didn't eat that night, however, he has been showing a little more interest. He just keeps spitting the food out though. Today I noticed that he once again has the white poo, and he still is just spitting his food out, plus seems to have lost his color. The instructions on the safe guard are pretty limited, and intended for dosing a whole tank, which I can't do because the shrimp evade my net all too well. Can someone guide me here? Should I just separate them again and dose again?
