You haven't seem them naked either.... Believe me, they are far larger than 'regular Ds' but I can easily 'hide them' so they don't look that large.... If you want, I can send you a picture of them naked with my hands holding them up to show you the size difference

Are they pretty firm without a bra on? I ask this stuff because I'm going to get me some hopefully sooner than later and I'm curious. What sort of insertion method did you choose? Was it terribly painful? God I want new boobs. LOL I'm trying to decide whether or not just to say *f* it and go for the D's or be conservative and get some nice perky C's.

I long for boobs that when I lie on my back they stay put. I can't friggin wait.

They are nice & firm.... IMO a firm breast is much better than a saggy breast. I have saline implants, so they are a bit firmer than if I had gone with the silicone (which isn't available yet)

What sort of insertion method did you choose?

I have under the breast incision. You can't see the scar unless you lift my breast up (or if I'm standing on my head ) and even then, it's been almost a year (next week) and the scars have faded to barely noticable...

Was it terribly painful?

Nope. I was on my meds (every 4 hours/24/7) for a week & a half like clockwork. I was so scared of getting off of them, and expierencing the pain (I've heard/seen horror stories) that I stayed on them for a bit longer than 'normal' and by the time I stopped taking them, there was no pain. Just uncomfortableness from the skin being stretched so tight and from the muscle being cut and torn away from my chest wall

I'm trying to decide whether or not just to say *f* it and go for the D's or be conservative and get some nice perky C's.

I say go with a D. You can get a small D even. Implanted breasts are 'smaller' than natural breasts because they 'sit' closer to your chest. I have a ddd and I can seriously hide them and make them look like a c cup.... But if I want, I can let them 'loose' and BAM, there they are

As you can see, I'm a very open person and if you have any add'tl questions, definitely don't hesitate to ask....

I wish I had money to go to a breast surgery. Not to get them bigger though. I'd like to get them smaller and more firm. Now I have a G-cup (yes boys, A, B, C, D, E, F, G...) and they are really tiresome most of the time. My neck hurts alot. *whine*

OMG I'm sorry.... I can't even imagine.... I've noticed my neck/shoulders aching a bit more since my surgery, I can't even imagine having real breasts that big.... (Implants are lighter)

DDs here (100%natural) and I hate them. I want to get down to a nice firm C.My hubby said he does not like the feel of fake boobs. (his sister had breast cancer and he was taking her back and forth to the Dr. and while waiting on her to talk to the reconstructive surgen he found a sample boob. ) His quote "They don't feel like real boobs." But he and I agree that yours are nice. I personally wouldn't have went that big, but
