Well theres a whole load in that pic!! Is that some Orfe I spy? No sign of the Grass Carp yet though.

Yep golden orfe, they are always the first there when any food goes in,they love worms and maggots.

Think those grass carp have gone on holiday ,never saw them. Been a gorgeous day again today, been sat near pool, just need an ice cool drink now .

You listening bribones you will be sat near it when its finished with a cool drink

did you get albino grass garp or normal?

I usally spot my normal ones on the shelf near the water fall and my albino one in the top pond always comes up for food quite carmly. Orfe are the only one i see at any other time now really as the waters so green.

Hi Paul and :bday: :)

It was 4 normal grass carp we got, but we are getting an albino one.We are lucky our water is crystal clear, when the suns on you can see to the bottom,I like watching the little sturgeon we have ,he usually goes onto one of the shelves. :p

Sounds great Cat, you lucky :fun:

Nice, watch out for them jumping out the pond, more so than others. Albino ones are great, I love their red eyes.....we need a bigger pond to get my much wanted albino sturgeon :D

Urm guess you done a bit of digging then..looking good, are you doing bottom drains in yours?

Thanks everybody, nope I was in all day :( and today probably, I did a 20 mile hike over the weekend with a 20kg ruck sack as a scout activity thing, my team won our section :kana: resulted in about 5 blisters a crushed like feeling back and bruised shoulders......taken the day off college to day to recover a bit more....bit off topic
