Looking goooooooooood mate, much prefer it like this, that Helferi is gonna take an age to carpet tho, I'd grab a couple more pots ;)

Great tank mate, can't believe I stumbled onto this post and after further reading your mentioning my little sleepy village Trowell, started my tank 12yrs ago (started to restock it) only really had Bardills then its lookin a bit run down now days, like MA but pricey, EMA too close to Fez end up going for beer instead. Keep it up bud )

Thanks, have you tried Shipley Garden Centre? They generally have some unusual stuff in, the Japanese Water Gardens are okay too next door to Bardills. Wharf isn't too far and it's the best in the country in my opinion.

Not been to shipley or warf, haven't been into Jap Water gardens for years are they cheaper than Bardills?, where was that place you got those cheap Corys?, got a bad issue with snails at the minute do assasin snails work? Like those YoYo loaches at MA but heard they get nasty with age "grumps".

Here we are, I had an accident with my DSLR :rip: so it's back to the compact digital for now until I can save for another. The Java Fern isn't at its best but everything else is okay, the Anubias is still going strong, the P.helferi faded away when I neglected it for a few weeks though :/ Oh and do excuse the blanket that's poking out at the back, it's to stop my kitten from fishing/drowning by falling into the tank where I cut some of the lid out for the filter etc.

I should probably get round to cleaning the glass.
