Was an ebay purchase. about £200. I pick it up tomorrow morning. Luckily I have plenty of room for it

How do you get something like that home? You a white van man in disguise?

hahahahaha I hired a van for today. Have picked the tank up now. 140 mile round trip. got it all home without problem.

Does anyone know a good shop in and around Bristol for buying fish. we want to go and have a look at what looks good.

Also now i have it, is it worth re sealing the edges or a wasted task??

Hey I have a rock backround similar to yours and I find that over time gunk builds up behind it. I find it very difficult to get to and syphon out.

How do you go about cleaning behind yours?

Ah I see your problems.

The difference is there is 4-5 inches of space behind the surround which hides all pipe work etc. The intake pipe take water from behind the surround into the filter which in turn sucks water from the front to the back.
So i can only suggest move your back peice forwards to give more room in back but loose more space at front.

I've just spent this evening cleaning the tank. The inch of gunk from behind is all gone.
