4.5 Gallon Pico Reef

Cant wait to see the pics chris. Im really starting to think im gonna have to get a mantis tank going sooner than later :good:

Thanks for the info its realy helped. And the snails are very readily available from ebay in the uk i just got 25 nassarius from there and there is always people selling turbo snials on there aswell. Ill be sure to contact the people from the website u suggested and see what they say.

new pub opened accross the street...im going to continue to be out of commission for the remainder of the weekend...stupid bass beer...bleh.

man I was so hoping that there woulb ebe pics as update... :D anyway cheers to the new pub :drinks: ! (actually drinking sam adams: winter lager) yum!

chris...i envy you. i wish i had the money to do a similar tank. wow...just wow. you made a 4.5 gallon tank look amazing. hey that coralife light you had on originaly, is that good enough for soft corals? cause i have an extra h.o.b. filter, a 5 gallon tank, and one of those lights handy. all i would have to buy is sand, salt, and a few other things. let me know via p.m. thanks in advance.

Peacock mantis are one of the bigger spieces and also dominate with weapon skills....
Even at his size now you are risking cracks in your tank. I have a 3" g smithii that punched 4mm glass... and that is a weak mantis compared. Just speaking from experience, last thing i want to see is a post saying my tank is broken and my dog is dead.....

Don't worry I believe it's a boxer, it can handle what's thrown at him... ..just kidding :fun:

Sorry guys, this has been a fairly busy week. Ive been working on some side projects and getting back into the swing of class/new work schedule/stupid new pub. I do have lots of new pics, I just need to find time to actually upload them :p Going to do my best tonight!
